
We are excited to announce the release of a new line of industrial linear actuators YS-52120 at the end of April 2025. These new actuators are suitable for a wide range of motion systems, including CNC machines, 3D printing, and various automation systems.
Two types of actuators are available: ball screw-driven and rack&pinion-driven. The ball screw-driven actuators come in two standard lengths: 850 mm and 1510 mm, while the rack&pinion-driven actuators can reach a total length of up to 3500 mm. Our actuators support NEMA 23 stepper motors with up to 3.6 Nm of torque, or NEMA 24 stepper motors with up to 4 Nm of torque (this value can be doubled when using a dual actuator).

Our actuators can handle axial loads up to 200 kgf (1960 N) and can support gantry loads up to 1600 kgf (15690 N) in dual actuator mode.

We have designed our actuators for minimal maintenance and high performance. They feature hardened steel double bearing rollers and chromed steel, hardened 10mm tracks running within 6063-T3 aluminum extrusion channels.
The actuator end plates come standard with 8mm threaded mounting holes for proximity sensors, which can be used as limit switches. Angular bearings installed in the end plates provide the ability to handle higher axial loads.
We provide a plenty of options to control our actuators, from a simple manual control to advanced automation/CNC control systems.
YS-52120 actuators serve as the foundation for our new GOLiAT V2.0 CNC routers.
