Description

Stepper Motor Alignment Controller for Y-Axis Squaring

This is a simple controller designed to help square both sides of the Y-axis by independently adjusting one of the stepper motors.

The controller should be connected to the stepper motor on the side of the Y-axis that does not include the main Y-axis proximity limit sensor. An auxiliary limit sensor, wired to this controller, must be installed 2mm further back compared to the main Y-axis limit sensor.

Once alignment is achieved and the secondary side is squared properly, the controller must be completely powered off before powering on the main CNC controller.
