Description

Build Your Own Precise Ballscrew CNC Router Machine

For sale precise CNC router suitable for accurate milling in such materials as: wood, plastics, epoxy resin sheets, soft metals. This build is based on decent ballscrew linear actuators, with milling accuracy around 0.05mm.

Our GOLiT series construction is reinforced with hardened steel HGR rails, which increase significantly accuracy of cutting in engraved or milling materials.

You can “build” your own CNC router from available in dropdown menu options. Simply choose X and Y axis stroke, stepper motor torque(Z-axis come always with 175 oz stepper motor), spindle palm router motor, and controller GRBL box(if needed).

Router will arrive in pre-assembled parts, with stepper motors & drag chains,  some assembly is required, but it is easy to put together even for beginners. Side gantry orange arms are made of 15mm thick, strong bakelite which has tensile strength comparable to aluminium sheet. This tough and  rigid material it’s also much  lighter than aluminium or steel  gantry arms.

    • TMC 2160  drivers allow to connect more powerful Nema steppers, up to 4.33A per motor
    •  Grbl CNC Firmware for ESP32C uploaded
    • microSD card support
    • 500W integrated PSU
    • Limit switches support
    • Z-axis probe support
    • Built-in power socket  supports M3/M5 G-code command for software controlled spindle motor power on/off function.
    • WiFi  connection support( operation via Website based GUI)
    • XYZ Axis( dual Y-axis), limit switch and probe easy mounting plugs included.

PLEASE NOTE!!!

This CNC router type should be directly screwed into the work bench/table or  to working material. So it will require  previously prepared flat rigid and stable surface worktop. 8/12 pieces of angle surface mounting brackets will be provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and tighten all screws, especially HGR20 rails M5 bolts, also machinery needs to be aligned and angles must be set with precise probing tools, to achieve a good milling accuracy.

Do this simply by unscrew the gantry bolts a little and set 90 degree angles, then tighten bolts back . We will need about 5 working days to assemble  your machinery , please note.

Here is short  test of the router, showing how it cut in hard bakelite sheet:
