Chromed Steel Round Linear Shaft

We offer premium-grade carbon steel bars, ideal for use as XYZ axis rails in 3D printers and shaft supports in CNC milling machines. Our bars are available in various lengths: 100mm, 150mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm, with diameters ranging from 8mm to 25mm.

Maintaining high stability and precision is crucial in CNC machine construction. Therefore, the diameter increment along the length of the bar ensures sustained rigidity in the rail structure.

Our high carbon steel bars are suitable for welding and exhibit magnetic properties. We can  machine our bars on request (for an extra charge)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please allow for a +/- 2mm length discrepancy as our bars are manually cut.

Additionally, our steel bars undergo precision lathe machining. Upon request, threaded holes can be machined at the ends of the bars. Kindly contact us directly for this customization.(currently  we can machine bars up to 20mm of  diameter)
