For sale Poly V belt drive pulley 2.34mm pitch. Poly-V belts and pulleys are known for quiet and smooth operation, and they are used in machinery where low sound intensity is a key matter. Our pulleys are perfect to use with DIY milling machinery or lathes. They contain 8 x 2.34mm ribs and 9 x 2.34mm grooves and they are capable of accommodating belts with max. 9 ribs.

We make our drive pulleys from 6061 type aluminium , available sizes as follows: 35mm, 56mm, 60mm, 90mm and 100mm. The 35mm and 60mm pulley has a keyway hole of 14mm diameter, 56mm and 100mm pulleys has keyway hole 15mm diameter, 90mm pulley has a keyway hole of 19mm diameter. But we can make any custom made size PJ type pulley from 35mm to 100mm size and desired hole size. If any other PJ Poly-V pulley diameter is required , simply contact us. Manufacturing time is around 2-3 weeks, min. quantity 3 pieces.
