YS-52120 Industrial Linear Actuator

For sale a high quality, heavy load aluminium YS-52120 Linear Actuator. This actuator type can be used to build large CNC machines, large format 3D printers, plasma or laser cutting machines.

Actuator  is coming in a few variations.

• single ballscrew driven actuator – driven by SFU1610 fast ballscrew ( SFU1605 slower ball screw available on request) suitable for Nema 23/24 stepepr motor

• dual ballscrew driven actuator – two actuators  merged together with  a common gantry plate. Suitable for nema 23/24 stepper motors

• single rack & pinion  actuator  – driven by  MOD 1.25  rack and 20 teeth pinion with  4:1 ratio planetary gearbox suitable for  nema 23/24 stepper

Our YS-52120 actuators are designed for a minimum maintenance and high performance. They contain adjustable steel roller wheels and hardened round  rails  slotted in aluminium extrusion rail. In a dual mode they can handle load up to 1.6 ton and  axial  force  up to 400 Kgf! End plates of YS-52120 actuators are pre-drilled for M8  proximity sensors for safe usage ( M8 proximity sensors can be bought in our store)

YS-52120  actuators  are the base component of our new GOLiAT V2.0 CNC machine.

YS-52120 linear actuator type is fully  designed by us, we designed all parts and hired a factory to manufacture them for us. Assembled in the UK.

Following two lengths available: 850mm and 1510mm. On request we can make longer than 1510mm actuators, up to 3500mm long, which allows us to build long  motion tracks  and CNC machinery over 10 feet long. If custom length actuators required, please contact  us for a quotation.

PLEASE NOTE! Length given in a drop down menu is just a length of linear extrusion rail used,  actual gantry movement will be 188mm less than”Length” given.
