Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. For stock materials and tools and parts that wear out(such as drill bits milling bits, etc), return is only accepted if item wasnd used. If item was used and wear out, such item is not refundable.For all our machinery and electronical devices, warranty period is 12 months( which starts from date of arrival). Witihn warrant period device will be repaired with no extra charge. However buyer is obligated to dispatch or deliver item to our facility on their own costs. If we are not able to repair your item within 28 working days, we will offer a new same or similar class device or a full refund if preffered.

For all other non machinery or electrcal/electronical items, to be eligible for a 30 days return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if such was provided.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is send to you via email when item is purchased through our website.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery(unless warranty period apply)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Always use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for more valuable items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In that case you should contact shipper for reimbursement.
