The GRBL-BOX32 is your ideal choice for 3-axis CNC machinery, offering enhanced functionality and performance. This integrated motion controller is built on the robust foundation of TMC2160 drivers and an MKS DLC32 controller board. It allows to connect Nema 23 or 34 stepper motors up to 4.33Amps/motor.

With a built-in 500W power supply, you can easily plug it into your CNC setup and start working without the need for any additional power sources. The motion box supports up to four stepper motors, including dual Y-axes, XYZ limit switches, and a probe input. One significant feature of this next-generation controller is the use of the MKS Grbl CNC Firmware for ESP32, which is fully compatible with GRBL v1.1 . This all-in-one controller can operate in two modes:

1. USB Mode: When connected to a PC computer via a USB cable, you can use control software (Universal Gcode Sender or OpenBuilds Control software is recommended but other Grbl compatible software can be used , for example Easel from Invetables….) to communicate with your CNC machinery. https://winder.github.io/ugs_website/download/
2. Wireless Mode: Connect the GRBL 3-Axis Controller Box to any mobile device through a WiFi connection. After establishing a WiFi connection(WiFi password is: 12345678), a web-based control interface (ESP32-WEB)will be uploaded. To access web interface  please type following IP address in your web browser: 192.168.4.1. This allows you to control your CNC machine from your phone or tablet, enabling functions like loading and running G-codes from your microSD card slot, manual jogging, homing and more.

Please note!

Wireless mode funcionality depends on many factors  such as: distance from  controling device, EMI  signal intensity in area, etc. Please test it first before run a  serious projects. We still  strongly reccomend using USB  mode.

The Grbl CNC Firmware for ESP32  settings can be easily changed in OpenBuilds Control software “GRBL settings” section.
