X Y Z Axis HGR15 Rail Linear Actuator

For sale an upgraded HGR15 Rail Linear Actuator to replace standard C-Beam  OpenBuilds V-slot actuators. It can be used to build various Openbuilds/OX  CNC/3D Printer projects.

Comparing to standard C-Beam actuator, based on 4080 C-beam aluminium profile and Delrin wheels, this actuator  is based on 2080 v-slot profile + two HGR15 hardened steel rails and two HGW15 sliders, which increase significantly durability and stiffness of whole construction. It helps to achieve better accuracy of milling machinery , compared to C-Beam wheely based actuators.

We also use faster 5 starts  leadscrews 2mm pitch/10mm lead leadscrews which is significant to achieve higher speeds of milling. Our custom made gantry plates are compatible with OpenBuilds standard so they can be joined with OpenBuilds gantry plates and extrusion v-slot profiles.

We sell various lengths of actuators from 300mm to 1200mm.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE!

Length given in the drop down menu is the length of the aluminium profile used, not the length of the whole actuator. Travel distance of the gantry plate is around 100mm less than the length of the aluminium profile used. For example – 300mm actuator’s  gantry plate travel distance is around 200mm.
